Nearly as quickly as one can make a hotel reservation, you can make a Resorts of Pelican Beach condominium your home for the duration of your extended assignment or contract in the Destin area.  All condominium units in either the Pelican Beach Resort or The Terrace come fully furnished and equipped with all of the furnishings you need to make us home. Long-term guests can enjoy everything available through the resort including pools, fitness centers, etc. Best of all, you'll get more space and conveniences at a price better than a hotel!  

Twelve month leases are available at the rate schedule below.  Shorter-term leases may be available, so please give us a call.
