We will make every effort to continue to meet all guest check-in times. We ask for your patience during peak periods for any minor delays as we will not compromise our standards to assure your protection and satisfaction.
We are living in a new age, with COVID-19 front and center for our guests and our associates. We are grateful for the trust our guests have shown us through the years. We want our guests to understand what we are doing today and planning for in the near future in the areas of cleanliness, hygiene and social distancing so that when they walk through our front door, they know our commitment to their health and safety is our priority. Please note, our standards and policies cover properties and common areas managed by Pelican Beach Management. While this covers almost all common areas, we cannot assure guests of the standards used by any owner-direct (Vrbo, etc.) or third-party managed condominium units. Please contact your reservation agent for any needs you have.
On Arrival: Please consider social distancing when approaching the front desk. Additionally, consider using hand sanitizer prior to checking in.
Elevators: Due to an abundance of caution, we ask to for only one party/family of 4 people per elevator car. If you find the elevator occupied, please wait for the next available car. We appreciate your understanding of this policy change for the safety of our guests and staff.
Luggage Carts: Luggage Carts will continue to be available. Please return luggage carts to lobby area immediately upon completion of your usage. Please wipe down your luggage cart after use with disinfectant spray and towels provided in the luggage cart area.
Pelican Beach Cafè: The Pelican Beach Cafè is operating with regular hours. Credit Cards, gift cards or room charge encouraged!
Tiki Bar: The Tiki Bar is open for service with regular hours.
Beach Services: All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Social distancing standards will be adhered to on the beach.Beach set-ups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability. To reserve a beach setup in advance or for more information, please call (866) 651-1869 or reserve online.
